RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY


Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with meadowry.
We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help with returns or exchanges if something isn’t right.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Used or damaged items not caused by us

  • Items without original packaging

  • Final sale / clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item is received:

  1. Take clear photos or videos

  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  3. We will arrange a replacement, reshipment, or full refund

We will cover all costs for issues caused by us.


3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong color

  • Customer preference (if unused and in original condition)

Note:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for preference-based exchanges.


4. Return Process

To start a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address

Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, incorrect item):
    We cover all return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (change of mind, wrong item ordered):
    Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.


6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.


7. Non-Returnable Items

These items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance / final sale items

  • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable

  • Products damaged due to misuse


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account again

  2. Contact your payment provider
